Caleb Heller is a director of photography based in Los Angeles.
After attending the School of Visual Arts he went on to study cinematography at the American Film Institute.
His first feature documentary, LIVE FROM NEW YORK!, was selected as the opening night film at the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival. In 2016 he lensed OK GOOGLE the first Google commercial ever shot in Vietnam. The spot earned over 1 million views in the 48 hours after posting. His other commercial clients include Converse, Absolut, General Electric, and Kaiser Permanente. SMILE, one of his many collaborations with director Alexa Karolinski and fashion label Eckhaus Latta, was included in the Hammer Museum’s biennial exhibition, Made in L.A. 2016: a, the, though, only.
